Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@buttonpoetry.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 2855 Anthony Lane S, Suite 225 Minneapolis, MN 55418.

We cannot guarantee that Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Return and Cancellation Policies
For Digital Orders: Ebooks and Audiobooks can be returned for a full refund within 48 hours of purchase. Simply email support@buttonpoetry.com.
For physical orders: within 30 days of receipt of your shipment you may return, for any reason and for a full refund, any item in its original, resalable condition.
You must additionally email support@buttonpoetry.com with your refund request within 30 days of receipt, to inform us that you are returning the item.
Shipping products back to button: If a return is a result of an error made by Button Poetry or damage incurred during shipping, we will provide a shipping label to you at our cost. For all other returns, customers are responsible for paying all return shipping costs.
Refund Policy
We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return.
Ebooks and Audiobooks can be returned for a full refund within 48 hours of purchase. Contact us at support@buttonpoetry.com. We want you to be happy with your experience so please contact us and we’ll make things right. We reserve the right to limit the number of exchanges and refunds allowed in order to prevent abuse of this policy.
Note on missing orders/orders never received: Some orders fail to get delivered, usually because of an erroneous shipping address or a delivery error beyond our control. If you have not received your order and believe it may be missing, please contact us at support@buttonpoetry.com so we can verify your information and possibly re-send or refund your order.
This policy only covers orders we can confirm were not received, it is applicable outside of our standard 30 day return window.
