Shipping Policy

We’re a small (but mighty) independent press, and we do our best to get books into your hands as quickly and safely as possible.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

During book launches, sales, and busy seasons, processing times may be slightly longer — we appreciate your patience.

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.


Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

Shipping options are available at checkout and typically include:

  • USPS Media Mail (Books Only) – 3–10 business days

  • USPS Ground Advantage / UPS Ground – 2–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping – 1–3 business days

Rates are calculated automatically based on weight and destination.

Please note: Media Mail is affordable but can occasionally experience delays, especially during high-volume postal periods.


International Shipping

We ship to select international destinations.

Delivery times vary by country (typically 7–21 business days, sometimes longer depending on customs).

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

If your country does not appear at checkout, email us at support@buttonpoetry.com and we’ll see what we can do.


Pre-Orders

If your order includes a pre-order title, your full order will ship once that title becomes available unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Release dates may shift slightly due to printing or shipping factors beyond our control.


Tracking, Lost, or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we cannot guarantee recovery of lost or stolen items.

If your package appears missing:

  1. Double-check your shipping address.

  2. Check with neighbors or household members.

  3. Contact your local post office or carrier directly using your tracking number.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for reshipping costs.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please email support@buttonpoetry.com within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damage

  • Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

We’ll replace or refund the item as appropriate.
